Reports, made presentable

Raw data becomes a document you’d put your name on.

Upload a spreadsheet, fill the blocks, export a typeset PDF. Free in the browser, no signup. Next month, the same report re-renders from the new file.

  1. 01 · Upload the file

Drop in the CSV or Excel export you already have. The data stays in your browser.

  2. 02 · Fill the blocks

Text, tables, charts, stat tiles, your logo at the head of the page.

  3. 03 · Export or publish

A typeset PDF for the inbox, or a public link for everyone else. Next month, re-upload: same report, new numbers.

A note from the editor

I make Pressentable because reports rarely look like the work behind them. Good numbers arrive as a screenshot pasted into a slide, slightly blurry, logo optional. The periodic report deserves the care of a printed page: real type, a proper letterhead, a chart that survives black and white. I am building this in the open, one report at a time. If you send a report every month, I would like it to be a nicer one.
