How it works
From a spreadsheet to a document you would put your name on, in seven short steps.

01 · Open the editor.
The editor runs in your browser, free, no account. A finished sample report is one click away, so you can see the destination before you start. Your data stays on your machine.

02 · Bring your data.
Drag a CSV, Excel or JSON file into the Data pane, or click to browse. Up to 20 MB. No connectors, no cleanup step: the file you already export from your tools is the input.

03 · Start from a template.
Four templates set the order of the page: Branded report, Summary report, Data brief, Visual overview. The order is fixed on purpose: you fill a page, you do not wrestle a canvas.

04 · Fill the blocks.
Text is typed. Tables take a range of your sheet, with a fill-from shortcut so you never write A1:C7 unless you want to. Charts take two choices: which columns, which shape. The page typesets itself as you go.

05 · Export.
When the report is ready, export a PDF or an image. Exporting takes a free account: one email, no password, we send a sign-in link and your draft stays exactly where it was. Free exports carry a small “Made with Pressentable” line.

06 · Publish, if you are founding.
Founding members put a report at a public link with its own preview card, and can remove the footer mark. Founding membership is $15 a month, price locked for life, 20 seats.

07 · Come back next month.
Your draft waits in your browser. Re-upload next month’s file and the same report re-renders with the new numbers. Members keep up to 10 reports saved to their account, openable on any machine.

- In your browser. Nothing is uploaded unless you publish, and then only the data bound to that report.
