From a file on your desk to a page in the post.
The whole path takes a few minutes the first time and less every month after. Seven steps, in order.

Open the editor
No account, no card, nothing to install. The editor opens with the sample report already typeset, so you can see the destination before you start. Your file never leaves the browser.

Bring your data
Drop a CSV, Excel or JSON file into the Data pane, up to 20 MB. Pressentable reads the sheet and shows you rows, columns and a preview. Numbers are formatted on arrival: 1,240, never 1240.

Choose a template
Four starting pages: a quarterly report, a monthly close, a client update and a blank sheet. Each is a full arrangement of blocks you then make your own.

Fill the blocks
Text, tables, charts, stat tiles, your logo, your brand color. Tables and charts bind to columns of your data; when the data changes, they follow. See the five-part client report format.

Read the page
The document on the right is the deliverable, not a preview of one. What you read there is what prints, to the millimetre.

Export or publish
Export is one click and no account: the PDF is written in your browser and lands in your downloads. Founding members can also publish to a public link, a page anyone can read without an account. See the founding offer.

Repeat next month
Drop the new file onto the old report. Bound blocks update, prose that mentions figures is marked for review, and the issue goes out again.
Questions
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
Your file is read in your browser. Nothing leaves your machine until you choose to save or publish.
What does the free account include?
The full editor and unlimited PDF and image exports are free either way, with a small made-with line in the footer. The account is what remembers you: your report for next month, and your seat if you take a founding one.
Can I cancel a founding seat?
Anytime. Your reports are kept and unlock when you rejoin; your seat number is remembered.
Who can read a published report?
Anyone with the link. Published pages are public but unlisted: only people with the link can read them.
